This was a tough week. I am emotionally, physically and spiritually drained. I am taking today as my indulgence day. This morning I have a singing rehearsal, which I love, then lunch with a friend I haven't seen in a long time. Thank you all so much for your kind and thoughtful comments about my "bad mojo," as Helen Ginger so aptly put it. Perhaps my weekend update on Monday will have better news to report. Have a good weekend, everyone.

I pray your weekend is peaceful and everything that you need. Sometimes we just need to indulge in order to take care of ourselves. We can't take care of others if we are neglecting ourselves.
