Insecure Writer's Support Group - August

Once again, thanks to Alex alexjcavanaugh.blogspot.com for this wonderful group. Please check out Alex's blog to find out all the scoop.
I'm insecure this month but not about my writing. It's about my body and how I look. I will probably blog a about it at some point but I'm not ready to do it now. Anyways, I'm out of town at folk dance camp, so can't really participate today. Just wanted to say I hope you are all doing well and will catch up next month.

Enjoy yourself and have fun. If it is of any help to you, when I finally realised that comparing myself to how others look was ruining my life, I had to make a choice. That choice was to discover the beauty within me. It is a choice I'm glad I took on. Beauty starts and ends from within.
