Thank you so much for taking the time to visit. Hope you enjoy your stay. I blog here whenever I feel the need. This blog was created at the time my memoir came out, in February, 2009. Its motto was: creating a life of inner peace and self-acceptance from the depths of despair. Now, my focus is sharing this journey we call life.

About Me



I don't wish to be defined by what I do. Instead, I wish to be known for who I am. For 30+ years, I had a successful career in marketing and public relations. Since 1999, I've been writing full-time. My first book, a memoir, "Following the Whispers," was published in 2009. Prior to that, I published essays and articles in newspapers and magazines. I am currently trying my hand at fiction, as well as a non-fiction book on aging. I write, sing, folkdance, play the guitar, read voraciously, hike, and love hanging out with friends, laughing, talking and playing games.I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico with my husband, Gary.
